Annual Report to Tenants

Every year the Housing Department publishes this document to show what we have been up to in the last year, here is the report for 2016-17

Anti-Social Behaviour

The housing team have recently managed to secure three injunctions and an eviction due to anti-social behaviour over an extended period of time. The success of these injunctions and eviction has been down to the hard work of the officers working alongside partner agencies such as Kent Police and the continued evidence supplied by residents.

The council is also using other tools available to them under the Crime and Policing Act 2014 such as Community Protection Notices, Fixed Penalty Notices and Public Spaces Protection Orders.
