We know that telephoning your repair through to us may not always be convenient for you, so for any non-emergency repairs why not use the online reporting service? Using the link below, and the easy to follow step-by-step picture guides, you can report a repair when it suits you. This has no effect on our response times and the service is available 24 hours a day throughout the year.
All we ask is that you give us an give us accurate report of the problem so we can assess how to prioritise it. Remember that for all issues relating to heating and hot water you can report your repair directly to BSW Heating, either through the online reporting service or on 0800 206 1371 (unless you are in an all-electric property and were specifically written to on 3 October 2018 giving alternative instructions).
